Return Policy with 25% Made-to-Order Fee

​Each prosthetic I make is packaged in a heat sealed clear bag. 
Returns are only accepted within 3 days of delivery to you for unopened packages. 
You have the opportunity to see the product in person to gauge whether it is a close match for you. Unfortunately, you are unable to try it on and then return it due to sanitation reasons.

I custom make each product specifically for the individual customer so there is a 25% made-to-order fee deducted from refund for unopened returned items. There are no refunds given for any shipping charges.

Because I do all of this work myself and have limited time, I am unable to process exchanges of any kind. If you would like another variation, you would need to make a return and then make a new purchase. 

I do not have any guarantees or warranty because each customer is responsible for their own handling & care of the product.

​If you would like to return your item, within 3 days of delivery to you, you must email me requesting a return. I will send you a return authorization form to be completed and included with your return.

HEALTH & SAFETY VIOLATION WARNING: 
Returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and in original sealed bag. DO NOT, under any circumstances, return this product if it has been opened. It will be discarded immediately for sanitation reasons.
MAIL FRAUD WARNING: 
​Do not tamper (attempt to reseal or tape) original packaging in any way. This is considered MAIL FRAUD and will be photographed, documented and reported to the authorities.
