Frequently Asked Questions
Returns/Exchanges
▶︎Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
You may return an unopened and still sealed prosthetic within 3 days of delivery to you. Due to sanitation reasons, I cannot accept returns on prosthetics that have been opened and tried on. Because each product is custom made specifically for the individual customer, there is a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If you would like another variation, please make another purchase. It may take more than one purchase to find the right color, size, model and style. Please note that all of the proceeds go towards supporting my small business so I can continue to expand the products I offer.

International Shipping
▶︎I am being asked to pay a fee to receive my package. Why?
Many countries charge fees or duties to import items, which is based on the cost of the item. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay these fees on their order. Please do not ask me to lower the value of your order or mark it as a gift because that is illegal.

Prosthetic Use
▶︎ My prosthetic color does not match perfectly. What can I do?
A ready-to-wear product will never match perfectly. I do my best to offer as many skin tone options as possible. Alcohol based make-up works very well on silicone appliances. I have had many customers also use foundation to make their prosthetic match better with success.

▶︎ Can I paint the nail on my prosthetic?
Yes! You can use any nail polish, but be sure to use a quick swipe of NON-ACETONE nail polish remover on a cotton pad to remove. Allow to dry before touching.
▶︎ Can I wear my prosthetic in water?
Yes, silicone is water resistant so it can get wet. However, extra care should be taken to avoid losing it in the water.
▶︎ What is the difference between a basic and realistic style?
The basic style is the most affordable option. These are made with one solid skin tone and not made to look real. The nail has a bright white tip.
The realistic style is made with two skin tones (one for the topside and one for the underside). The nail is more natural coloring and is available in any length. The realistic style also comes with a liquid silicone filler so you can permanently fill the prosthetic more on the interior if needed or customize the interior to take the shape of your residual tip.
▶︎ What is the difference between a short and full length prosthetic?
The short prosthetic tip is filled solid from the top down to the bottom edge of the nail and the rest is hollow. Whereas, the full length prosthetic is filled solid from the top down to the DIP joint and the rest is hollow.
