A Window into my Life
I graduated with honors from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2008. Inspired by the vessel through which we walk through life, I study the human body in these hyper-realistic, silicone sculptures and life castings. The works have evolved over the years from display pieces to wearable prosthetics.

My Mission

Creating prosthetics for amputees is by far the most fulfilling work that I have ever done.

I take pride in the work that I do and I truly want to not only please my customer, but exceed their expectations.  It gives me great satisfaction to make functional art that serves a purpose and is useful to someone other than myself.  I always feel very honored when a customer gets back in touch with me after a purchase because I have helped make them feel whole again.

Silicone Rubber

I was sculpting the human body in abstract ways at The School of Visual Arts using polymer clay. It wasn't until I had an apprenticeship with the artist, Clarina Bezzola, in Brooklyn, New York, where I was first introduced to the basics of using silicone rubber. It was exhilarating to find the ultimate medium to replicate realistic, human skin. It instantly became my material of choice and I have since continued to develop my own techniques using high performance, certified skin safe platinum silicone rubber.
